Poor maintenance

The maintenance is horrible the landscape outside the bulding complex is nasty.They don't keep up with outside cleaning and pest control doesn't come to the apartments anymore they use to. They must be a change and the rent goes up every year with poor efforts of helping the tenant with keeping freah print in each apartment and everytime I put my flowers up in front of my apartment the nasty maintenance people cut them without my permission. Which I don't understand because Im making the complex look good now the maintenance people drop print all over my plants ridiculous and even if I report what they did there not going to reimburse me my money for the plants that be the maintenance people pour paint all over my plants in the outside and they cut my plant again after I reported them before horrible.
